Products delivery

SYSBEL's product delivery service is limited to door-to-door service which does not include the following items:

  • Product installation and on-site training, unloading or handling costs
  • Additional costs caused by special vehicles to special areas such as bonded areas
  • Extra costs for private cars to remote areas
  • Additional delivery costs caused by government traffic control
  • If the customer appoints the logistics carrier by himself, he should afford the relevant expenses by himself

If there is a service demand for the above matters, please confirm with the sales manager of SYSBEL or the customer service center of SYSBEL in advance to avoid the additional costs and delayed shipment.

Cargo acceptance


When receiving the goods, please be sure to check the goods before signing (whether the ordered product performance is normal, whether the product appearance is damaged or defective, whether the quantity of goods and the number of accessories are missing) If there are any signs of damages, you can inform us in time and reject the goods, we will handle the goods and bear the transportation costs caused by rejection.

If you have already signed for the goods, SYSBEL will no longer take responsility of the damages of the goods.

SYSBEL reminds you: When receiving the goods, you must check on the spot whether the products delivered by the logistics company are faulty before signing the delivery note, so as to reduce the loss caused by insufficient inspections.


SYSBELShipping and returns principles and operating procedures

01. Return process:

  • 1 If your order needs to be returned, please be sure to contact SYSBEL customer service center first.
  • 2 SYSBEL After-sales personnel will send you a "products return letter", including the order number, company name, product details, and goods acceptance information. The letter will be regarded as the SYSBEL logistics warehouse goods acceptance certification. Otherwise, the products you delivered may be returned to you again.
  • 3 You send the products containing the "Product Return Letter" to the designated receiving location of SYSBEL.
  • 4 After SYSBEL confirming  your returned product, the payment will be refunded to your account within 7 working days, and you can also keep it  for paying other orders.

02. Exchange process:

  • 1 If your order needs to be exchanged, please contact SYSBEL customer service center first.
  • 2 SYSBEL after-sales personnel will send you a "Products return letter", including the order number, company name, product details, and goods acceptance information. The letter will be regarded as the SYSBEL logistics warehouse goods acceptance certification. Otherwise, the products you delivered will be returned to you again.
  • 3 You send the products with the "Products Return Letter" to the appointed receiving location of SYSBEL.
  • 4 If the amount of the replaced product is more than the amount of the original product, you need to remit the remaining payment to the SYSBEL account at the same time.
  • 5 SYSBEL's after-sales personnel will inform you of  the delivery time of the replacement product based on the inventory situation.
  • 6 After SYSBEL confirming  your returned product, the replacement product will be sent to your appointed location within the agreed time.
  • 7 If the amount of the replacement product is less than the amount of the original product, SYSBEL will simultaneously refund the excess payment to your account, or use it as payment for other orders under your permission.
SYSBEL Please pay attention to the following questions:


1. The returned product must contain good packaging (including outer and internal) to ensure that the returned product is intact. You can reuse the packaging materials used when shipping to SYSBEL, If there is a collision sound or small items scattered in the package, please be sure to put enough stuffing. If there is no complete outer packaging, the SYSBEL warehouse will reject it.

2. When returning the goods, if it involves the return of invoices, please do not send the invoices together with the goods. The after-sales personnel of SYSBEL will confirm the invoice delivery address with you to avoid loss .
