Mobile Waste Liquid Safety Cabinet (SYSBEL Mobile Waste Liquid Transfer Box)

This cabinet is designed for use in laboratories, chemical plants, research institutions, and similar facilities for the safe collection, storage, and transfer of hazardous chemical waste liquids generated on-site. Built with double-layer steel plate construction that meets the structural requirements of the FM 6050 standard, it delivers excellent thermal insulation and structural strength to ensure the safe storage and transfer of waste liquids.

1. Compliant Structure
The cabinet features a double-layer steel plate structure, compliant with FM standards, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106, and NFPA Code 30 regulations.

2. Ventilation Flame Arresters
Equipped with two ventilation flame arresters that allow external exhaust connection, effectively reducing the concentration of volatile substances.

3. Corrosion-Resistant Finish
The surface is treated with resin powder coating for a bright finish, providing dust, rust, and corrosion resistance.

4. Three-Point Linkage Lock
The cabinet door features a three-point linkage locking system to reduce friction or mechanical sparks and minimize static electricity buildup.

5. Two-Person, Two-Lock Compatible
Compatible with safety padlocks for two-person, two-lock management, in compliance with China's Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals.

6. Built-In Collection Funnels
PP cup sinks are installed on both sides of the top to effectively collect waste liquids and prevent corrosion; a PE tray is provided in the center for storing small, commonly used protective equipment.

7. Mobile & Maneuverable
Braked universal casters are installed at the bottom for easy mobility and transfer of the equipment.

8. Electrostatic Discharge Point
The cabinet features a grounding point; by connecting a grounding wire, static charges can be effectively dissipated to the earth, reducing the risk of fire caused by static sparks.
